SoPure is committed to customer satisfaction, should you feel dissatisfied with any of our products please follow these procedures to process your return.

Can I return an order I am unhappy with?

Yes, you can. Within 7 days of receiving the item, as long as the item is still sealed in its original packaging and has not been used. You might be charged a shipping fee and a 20% handling fee.

If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Are there handling fees for returning my purchase?

You might be charged a return shipping fee and a 20% handling fee unless you decide to SWOP your entire purchase to the value of whatever your original purchase amount was.

What if my item is damaged? 

Please contact us within 24 hours for collection. Once the item has been evaluated, we will process your refund.
