How much does the delivery cost?

Shipping is free for all orders over R700.

In Guateng, standard Courier charges of R80 apply for orders less than R700. For the rest of SA, standard Courier charges of R120 apply for orders less than R700. 

Which means it's a great idea to go ahead add something extra to your cart.

How long does it take to process my order?

Your order will be processed within 24 hours if ordered Monday - Friday. All orders that are placed from 12:00pm on Friday - Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.

How long does it take to receive my order? 

We aim to deliver your order within 3 to 5 working days to main regions. Outlying areas can take up to 10 working days. However, please note that we use external couriers and cannot be held responsible if for reasons out of our control the delivery is delayed.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can. Within 7 days of receiving the item, as long as the item is still sealed in its original packaging and has not been used and/ damaged. 

What's your Return Policy?

Yes, you can. Within 7 days of receiving the item, as long as the item is still sealed in its original packaging and has not been used. You might be charged a shipping fee and a 20% handling fee.

If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Are there handling fees for returning my purchase?

You might be charged a return shipping fee and a 20% handling fee unless you decide to SWOP your entire purchase to the value of whatever your original purchase amount was.

What if my item is damaged? 

Please contact us within 24 hours for collection. Once the item has been evaluated, we will process your refund.

Are my credit card details safe? 

Yes. All credit card transactions take place on a secure page and no credit card details are stored. We use a payment gateway called PayFast. It is totally secure and internationally verified.

Do I need to have an account to shop on SoPure.co.za?

No, but if you register with us, shopping again is a breeze as all your info is saved. Either way checking out is a breeze, so go ahead and  something to your cart and proceed to checkout.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Are there Return Exclusions?

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment or EFT, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@sopure.co.za.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@sopure.co.za and send your item to: 9 Short Street, Observatory East Johannesburg Gauteng ZA 2192.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the FULL value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over R1000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
